It's for Stardoll Royalty members but if you're non-royalty you can still create a party scene but can't save of invite friends (oh! in friend catagories: party friends. now it makes sense).
Stardoll is working on a feature where you can have parties with more than one friend.
This is very exciting! Stardoll Royalty members can test this.
